Like everything else, the Navy seems to be getting as high tech as everyone else. I don't foresee a major change in the appearance of subs because they have to be designed to withstand pressure at great depths, however, surface ships have change dramatically. I see them operating with smaller crews. I see their jobs getting more technical. I see a great future for the Navy.

It depends on how we as a military intend to still protect ourselves as well as everyone else that we are helping out. More than likely, I envision our ships and submarines getting even smaller and needing less people to man them. They will have longer ranged more powerful weapons that will be able to be centered from a point further away. Ships as well as subs will have found ways to make it difficult to see them not only in the visible spectrum, but from sonar and infrared as well. It all depends on how much money we end up sinking into the technology and training necessary to develop a force like this.

lots relies upon on what kind of sub he gets on. some have the pastime of "lurking" interior the sea. they attempt to be black holes on their patrols...very quiet so as that they are in a position to maintain their missiles secure and in a position to apply if ever needed. and so as that they are in a position to maintain an eye fixed on what's happening the section. the different style of sub is extra lively. they have somewhat longer deployments and could have extra lively missions. we've purely ever been stationed at Bangor and New London yet the two bases have been great.

i think future for military is not in ship probably all in satellie guide missile, serious if a good advance missle system there's really no need to send any troop or ship or even aircraft do to the mission mission can do the all or unarmeed.

They'll probably be metallic, some shade of gray, be very expensive, and full of men and women.
