If you have a warrant, you will be arrested and held until they figure out what's going on. You need to give more information as to what this money is for and what type of warrant you have. My best suggestion is to turn yourself in.

There's no guarantees, but judges don't like to send people to jail unless they are a danger to society. Besides, you can't earn money if you're in jail. Judges will usually bend over backwards if you show you are sincere about wanting to clear the matter up. One other thing, get a haircut and shave and when you go to court, wear clean, pressed, CONSERVATIVE clothes and say 'Sir' at the end of every sentence.

Talk to a local public defender, and then the judge. You have rights to bargain and set up a payment plan.

He might...but i doubt it. If you show that you want to pay and that you have money to pay on it he will probably work with you. One thing is for certain if you dont bother to go at all you will go to jail.

No, they will give you a payment plan that you will pay monthly until the rest of your debt is collected.
