First of all, BE SURE...
There is a girl and you like her and you are friends as well - Stay her sincere & true friend and continue your friendship.
There is another girl and you 'used' to like her but not anymore - Why should you bother about her, now?
It seems you are having a tendency to add numbers on that count and it could be possible that due to that you are missing on quality or even stability of relationships.
You need to work upon the issue with a lot of maturity.

I would to help but are you sure you don't like your old friend anymore better honest with your self think it for one night then i swear the solution will appear by itself
Try to make sure if you don't like her anymore, try not to break her heart if your old girlfiend still like you,

OK you need to find out if the girl you use to like, like you and if she do tell her you don't like her like DAT but be nice about also tell her you hope y'all still can remain Friends and tell the other you like that you like her more than a friend
