911 would not have happened, when will you realize that 130000 soldiers have not captured bin laden because he is friends with bush...just like hinckley. the bushes ARE the problem.

Well first of all are we talking the war on terror in general or the part that has to do with Iraq? If we were to assume Bush was never elected then that means Gore would hve served at least 1 term. With Gore as president I don't believe there ever would have been a war because he is too much of a wimp as are democrats in general. He with the advise of many of his democrat colleagues would have probably tried some kind of negotiation that would have included money and or weapons and the weakening of this country in general. I also firmly believe we probably would not be the United States any longer by now as there would have been more attacks that would have escalated way beyond 9/11 and Gore and his cronies would have accepted defeat and raised the white flag and done whatever it took to stop the attacks. I like the way things have turned out with Bush much better.

No, in my point of view, Bush was actually someone to step up to the Terrorists. If they attacked us and we ; Americans don't do anything and just stay there? If we had no war, the world will be destroied by many terrorists and lost of many live that where so innoncent. That is just not fair. Bush actually sent troops. I thought he just to went to kill terrorists. I actually found with F-16 I think A-10 he bombed cities and destroied many innoncent lives. Many people say Ha, they deserved it. Deserve WHAT? That people just sit in their houses and just die? Well Bush also sends more and more troops. More troops are just useless. Bush needs to send Navy Seals or other Gernerals and Send them to Iraq to train Iraq troops. We CAN NOT babysit Iraq forever. Also when bush was running against Jim Karrie, Karrie PROMISED to send troops out of Iraq. That is just non-sense. The Army doesnt work like that. You at least have to have. 1 army base back home every 6 months? Karrie war isn't like oh I am president I will take all troops back to Iraq and what let Terrorists live? Terrorists have been more and more growing and more and more anger has been created because of Sadam Husseins exucition. All I am saying is we can't put all of our troops in Iraq and we can not just take them out at once.

Yes, with Bush as President if he had gone in with a huge amount of troops in the beginning this would be done.
I think it could succeed now, because Bush has changed many of the people in his administration ( such as Rumsfeld etc ). He has also brought in a lot of the folks who worked with his Dad when they stopped Iraq in the Persian Gulf war.

Well, considering Congress authorized an attack on Iraq, it wasn't all Bush's fault was it?
I think President Bush is doing the best possible job in Iraq under the circumstances. He's faced a harsh presidency. Also, I believe any other President (especially liberal) would've backed down in the war with all the pressure. Our President isn't a wimp. HOORAH!

different president =no war at all
if they came in in the middle of the war they would have simply done this
president: get out of iraq
generals: but..
president: i am the commander and cheif move move move
generals:yessir
president:*places feet up on desk* that took all of 5 seconds
if ur gonna stick with that argument about the millions we are loosing leaveing right now think about this we use 2billion dollars every month in iraq not knowing how long this war could last we are saving money
also for the love of god ppl are dieing for nothing u dumass

The military industrial complex has been an ongoing problem in our society since WW2. The greedy bastages have needed war for profit once they got a taste of the profits back in the forty's. The circle of this racket has expanded to multi-national corporations--sickening.

Another president probably wouldn't have sent us into Iraq in the first place on false evidence. (whether he knew it to be false or not is irrelevant. Don't flame me.)
