Country is a concept which arised only 200 or 300 years before.
Present world map is drawn by Britishers in the past. When they drew the boundaries, they would have taken only their self-interests in to consideration. Absolutely nothing else. They divided India & Pakistan, now after 50 years they (west) are selling arms to both the countries.
So now we should see country as only a geographical division to
identify each other. Especially in this age of communication we should all try to unite in some banner.I feel the aim of this Yahoo! Answers is also that. For this at present only available option is in the name of religion. If we start talking of the common things in all the religions of the world, we will start thinking one, not 3 or multiple Gods. Religion is nothing but ones own belief. It is totally confined to an individual. There may be people having similar belief but they form only a group. County comprises of different groups with different beliefs. Any individual has to put his belief below the group belief and even the group belief below the Country. The country's interest will be the uppermost. Every one should know to live in a heterogeneous group respecting the feelings and beliefs of all others so that his feelings and beliefs will be respected and protected.

For friends, their character is more important than where they come from or what they believe. For a spouse? It is more a question about your personal value of your religion. If your religion is important to you, then you should marry within your religion. Countries signify cultures and they can be very compatible if the good character is there on both sides. Honesty, integrity, kindness, gentleness, dependability, self-control, responsibility; these are far more important than country.
