I would have to say westerns states like southern california southern nevada , southern utah ( st.george area) arizona , new mexico texas . Hot desert climates . Not much cold and not much rain so you should be ok .

i'd have to say Arizona. you have warmer weather which helps for obvious reasons. but it's the arid climate that helps arthritis the most. barometric pressure has an affect on joints as far as inflammation. with less humidity there's less pressure. i spent a month there and had almost no pain in my spine and i suffer from scoliosis (spinal curvature)

low humidity and very warm like arizona...humidity is hard on the arthritis and the cold....west is best for the arthritis!!!!>>><<<

In a warm place, and hopefully close to a pharmacy that carries plenty of anti-inflammatory meds.
