so for my tattoo i'm thinking about getting a set of mean looking eyes with the puerto rican flag inside the eyes. problem is i don';t know where exactly to put it. all i know is that i don't want it near my stomach or thighs.

Your neck or your back...I think it would look better on your back between your shoulder blades or just right below your neck on your back.

Hi Valero, A great place for 2 watching eyes is your lower back.Just think when you bend down to look at something,or pick something up,there's those mean looking eyes watching everybody. How cool can you get. LOL. I have an irish fairy,and a beautiful unicorn on my lower back,and it's awesome. Have Fun with your 2 eyes. A Friend.

i have a pair of egyptian eyes across my shoulder blades, funky, later i added weaving ivy, still adding to it now, had my "eyes" done about 5 years ago, good luck
