If you ignore someone who did you wrong, you were very close to, but won't admit it...do you think that person will feel it and regret it and eventually in time realize how wrong they were and apologize...even in time?

if you start ignoring them of course they will observe that especially if they had been close to you once. i have the same situation right now, im ignoring ten of my so called friends, they betrayed me
and of course they feel that, they also get hurt by that, but it s a choice i had to make
if they were the ones wrong then they will apologize, they have apologized but the pain remains

Not sure, but I don't think its likely. Especially if its something serious. They might feel rejected, and think you just don't want anything to do with them anymore. I don't think ignoring someone is the best way to get them to apologize. They will realize how wrong they were in time anyway, or they just might not think they did something wrong. People think differently.
