Can anyone tell me about the new military law about fathers that are not deployed?

if the father suppose to pay child support something like that and he hasnt been deployed yet

Well yes, of course he still has to pay child support.
Ive been in the military - i dont have any child support to pay but im certain that if i did just being in the military wouldnt change that or get me out of it.
