I am a female age 49 and my total bilirubin is 23 umol/l?

I have stomach up-set and have to go toilet after each meal and feces is dark color and loose. Is it something to do with my liver mal-function.

Yes, you need to get tested for Hepatitis B or C. Don't delay. Those symptoms could indicate advanced liver disease (but I'm not a doctor, so please go see one!)

get tested for hepatitis c! the sooner you treat, the better the outcome! good luck!
