It doesn't really sound like you're pregnant, due to your fever and headaches. But try taking a home pregnancy test to rule it out.
It does sound like you may have a touch of an intestinal flu virus, or perhaps ate something that didn't agree with you. The headaches and fever would be more in line with the flu.
If it continues for more than 5 days, I would suggest you see a doctor to make sure you don't have some sort of blockage in your stomach or intestines.
I hope you feel better.

Is the pain on the lower right side of your abdomen? If so it could very well be appendicitis.
Here are the symptoms from webmd:
The main symptom of appendicitis is belly (abdominal) pain. The pain can feel like indigestion or like you need to have a bowel movement or pass gas.
You may have appendicitis if:
* You have pain in your belly. The pain begins around your belly button but is felt all over your belly.
* Within several hours, the pain gets stronger and then moves below your belly button on your right side. The pain does not go away and gets worse when you move, walk, or cough.
* You have pain in the upper right quadrant
* You feel nauseous or throw up a few times. You also may not feel like eating.
* You have constipation, back pain, a slight fever, or a swollen abdomen.
* You feel tired and do not have a lot of energy.

I don't think it is a stomach virus, but I would consult my doctor. It could be ulcers or something more serious. Definitely if it lasts more than a couple of days and since you describe it as unbearable I would definitely consult a physician anyway could be almost anything.

Get a pregnancy test to be sure either way. It could be trapped wind, & that's what the air pocket sensation is. It does sound like you have a tummy bug & are run down, gently massage your tummy so as not to hurt it try keeping it warm, & get yourself down to a doctor sweetie. xxx
