me and my guy friend are really good friends...we have known each other for about... 5 months and already tell each other a lot of stuff and talk a ton and we put each other as #4 on myspace and everything... we go to the same church and only see each other on sundays, but we hang out then. he lives in a different town and is exactly a year and a week younger than me. the other day we talked online about asking people out and he said he didn't like asking girls out b/c he was shy but i told him i would never ask a guy out again. i told him he was hilarious and smart and he shouldn't be shy... we talked for about 15, 20 minutes after that. but since that day, he hasn't talked much at ALL. he is always like "oh, gotta go!" did i freak him out or is he considering asking me out or what?

I think that both of your questions may be true. I would suggest next time to talk to him act as though you think you hurt his feelings and say it is okay to be shy. Sometimes that is just a persons personallity.
I can be really shy sometimes. I want to break up with my boyfriend. *scared*

well just ask him if something is wrong. tell him its okay to be shy and that your not going to judge him in how he acts. you will always be there for him.
