hi there, im average size for my height but i want to get rid of my stomach fat so its perfectly flat lol Right where my rib cage is...if i slouch (right right under my boobs) i have a little roll of fat lol is there any specific excercise that will get rid of that (like upper abs) And what is a quick excercise that helps toner your whole stomach?? thanks

You can't loose fat in just one spot your entire body looses fat equally. My suggestion would be to tone up that area with hand weights by doing stretches or pilates with hand and ankle weights to fill in the space with muscle. By building muscle first you can then burn fat.
