I once sold a car to “The Rubber Ducky” (a bath accessories store). You do not need a Drivers License to buy a car. Businesses buy cars without a driver’s license. You will need to insure the car or provide proof of financial responsibility with the DMV to register it,

No, a Drivers Lic. is only necessary to drive not to buy. If you have the money you can buy a car, boat or even an airplane but if you do buy a airplane and decide to fly it without a lic. let me know where your going to be taking off from OK. I'll make sure I'm not @ the end of that runway.LOL

No, you do not, but you cannot drive it and you cannot put plates on it if you don't have a valid operators license. Nobody can put plates on it for you either. You could go to the Highway Patrol and get a one way permit for a licensed driver to drive it from the point of purchase to your home.

No, "one" does not. If your buying used that is, and if this is your first car, used is the way to go. No matter what you think, you will make some damaging mistakes. I bought my first motorcycle, and three cars with no license, but I don't recommend it. I miss the money that those nice Judges made me give them.

Not really...However, most states, if not all, require a co-signer with a valid drivers license. Check the department of motor vehicles in your area.
