out of all of them (slimfast, atkins, the zone, south beach, weight watchers, jenny craig, ect.) which one is the best to follow for quick weight loss?

southbeach or atkins will give you quick results. But it's hard to stick with.

Atkins from personal experience. If you are strict on it you can lose 10 pounds which is including water weight in two weeks with exercising. I would stay away from anything too salty and no sweets keep you carbs down to 20 and under and you should be good to go.

weight watchers has a quick start that helps you loose quick in the first couple weeks and then tapers off to about 1 or 2 lbs weekly. it's pretty safe and easy to follow.

the best one that worked for me and still works is from www.myhealthabc.com they take you through from start to finish and not only did i lose weight quickly but they showed me how to do it safely. I was getting loads of protein-vitamins and nutrition in their shakes, which taste so good so i lost weight and felt great whilst doing it. Now I just maintain my weight with their help. The owners know their stuff and are real friendly, no pushy sales talk just good advice. Definitely a winner.....

Atkins is the quickest. IF you don't cheat. No Carbs & you'll start noticing in a few days...

if you want QUICK then just cut out all carbs....(atkins)....bread is a carb.....look on the label...but just cut your calories in half and you will lose weight....you lose more weight from a balanced diet then a rash diet where you just starve yourself, when you starve yourself your body gets it protein from the bones and muscles(which are protein) hair and such.....>>>>>

Instead of looking for a quick fix, go for a lifestyle change. A healthy, balanced diet including lean meats, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and regular exercise. your body will thank you.

atkins works good, but u have to saty on it .... cheating a little bit ruins it....
