They don't. That is simply a silly, ignorant question based on racist attitudes.

It's not that they have more rights, but rather that some of them are smart enough to pursue the welfare opportunities our country offers to those who are less fortunate. Take into consideration that many illegals are willing to do jobs that the average American citizen is unwilling to do, such as work 10 hours a day in a field harvesting crops for next to nothing. Our government isn't so naive as to completely block illegals from entering and working in this country when they know full well we need those workers. By making accomodations for health care and supplemental income (basic human necessities) our government insures that those workers continue to come to this country. This in turn creates employment opportunities for legal citizens in various government, commercial and private industries.

We are ALL frustrated with the situation right now. But that just isn't true. I don't dispute they may get away with breaking the law more than citizens (although lots of citizens are certainly breaking the law hiring them) but if you are going to claim the law GRANTS them MORE rights, you will need to provide an example.

They don't. Whatever you here about them not getting arrested for anything is not true. You hear the anti-illegals say how they get away with everything and are not punished for breaking the laws and then you also hear them saying how many illegals are in our jail and how much it costs tax payers to keep the illegals in jail.Whatever, all you people want to do is complain and most of you have no clue what you're talking about, you just go along with everybody else.

They don't. Aliens have a lot of the same rights, but not more. The Constitution says people not citizens, as does the Declaration of Independance so that's why they have similar rights, but citizens have many more rights than aliens.

it's not so much that they have more rights, as it is the law isn't inforced with illegals. They are routinely released from their crimes because our system is overwhelmed and the government hasn't allocated funds towards law inforcement. I know, it's insane

Technically, I don't believe they have more rights, but they sure get things handed to them. To qualify for social security, they only have to work 18 months while we have to put in 10 years. They also get tax refunds even after they have been discovered to have been using forged SS cards.

Because American citizens (or at least the likes of you) sit in front of a computer asking stupid, incoherent questions on Yahoo! Answers while illegal aliens are out there demanding rights.

They have the "right" to be brought over here by their parents when they are 12, be denied a legal job with benefits, an affordable college education and a future. They have the "right" to be deported back to a country they barely remember if they get pulled over for a traffic violation.
I wish you could be in their shoes for a day. Perhaps the shoes of a child who wonders why mommy didn't come home one day.
