If it feels good go for it...that is all "religion" is about.... For Those of The True Christian Faith, which is not a man invented "religion", God decides who is and who is not. When one is accepted by God as one of The Church of which Jesus The Christ is The Head one knows it..... All who come to God in The Way He prescribes receive His free gift of Salvation and become of The Body of The Church... only those of The Church will enter Heaven....The proof, how one knows, is between God and the individual. No man can decree any one a Christian... being a member of a particular"denomination' will not make you a Christian... following some "tradition" will not make you a Christian...... Woke up one morning very much opposed to the God Stuff... four hours later I was of The True Faith... no man, priest, pastor, doctrin or dogma involved.... just God and me....When God wants you He will let you know... and you will Know...and you will have the choice to come to Him or to reject Him... He will not compell you... But you will know for certain... you will not be uncertain as to Who is calling to you...
I accept email questions concerning the basics of The True Christian Faith

I would read about them both and see which one sounds like something you could follow for life. Then I would go to some of the services for a few months. If it is a Christian religion I would check out a variety of places, Roman Catholic, Episcopalians, Methodist, Baptist. And go at least 5 times to each. Then I would go to some quiet place for a few days and think about it all and pray to whatever God you know and in whatever way you wish asking for guidance and see what happens. You will know that you are following God's will when you feel a deep, deep inner peace in your heart.

How different are they? I would lead towards the one that most agrees with the Bible. I would also go where I had a sense of peace. I think the Lord leads through peace and until I had that I wouldn't go to either one.

I had this happen to me. I practiced both untill eventually one started to fade out and the other one took over. Give your self some time and you should find the answer. Good luck!
