Well, did you call her or did she call you? The next time she calls you, explain to her that all that information made you uncomfortable. However, she might be saying everything to get some attention? Try going on a one on one date, and see how it goes. If it doesn't go good, like if she spills way TMI, just tell her you don't think it will work out. However, she might be nice. Give her the benefit of the doubt, I guess, even though she sounds kind of nuts. But things happen for a reason, right?

Maybe she's trying to impress you with all these weird things? Or she's just nervous about what you might think of her.
Give her another chance, but maybe instead of over the phone, go to a movie together, anything but make it face to face.
This could make her more relaxed.
Ask her about her interests, sports, how's school
Things like that! You'll be suprised that there could be a totally different person under all that weirdness.

Seriously, this girl is telling you all this because she thinks you care. She's reaching out for ANYONE to talk to. I'm Bipolar too, I know what that's like, as long as she takes her meds, she should be okay. When you're depressed you talk like that. If she scared you right away, dou you really think she's worth it? Even if she may be super hot, man you gotta listen to your intuition on this one, if it says RUN! You run and don't look back.
