Pro Active is a great suggestion but if you can afford it - Clean and Clear Continuous Control. It is very good too....you might want to change your hair shampoo too and reduce or not use hair sprays etc.... drink lots of water and stay away from chocolate and sodas...too much caffeine....and do not pick at your blemish!

Any good three-step program works. my daughter uses the Clean and Clear system. The facial wash, then toner, and the Persagel three times a day will clear up most acne.

Use a cream that contains Benzoyl-peroxide, that absolutely helps. If you've got it very bad, go see a dermatologist.

ProActive!!....I had the same problem for years....and not only did the acne go away....the blemishes disappeared with them....Trust me.

Use Dial antibacterial soap whenever you shower. It's pretty good.
