In truth, there is no "One" religion that shows the right way of life because they all have one agenda be it hidden or obvious: believe this or something unfathomably horrible will happen to you after you die.

Religion is not "belief of this or something unfathomably horrible will happen".... It shows us happiness today and always. I don't think the religion I believe in is better than other religions, but it shows me that all religions are true and good based on the clear teachings in the Holy Books, not on human imaginations or interpretations.

I disagree !

I believe that there are many Religions that are teaching "False" doctrines not from Gods word.

Even Jesus said there would be many false religions.

We need to find a Religion that teaches Gods word from the Bible and follows all Ten commandments. One that holds the Bible as there only Creed.

God Bless &follow the right Religion !

I think at one point it was all one religion but it became distorted through the years by different people or governments in power. I know a lot of the books share similarities. I only hope I am living right and whatever lies beyond will be positive.

You give me a definition of what you mean by "religion"
and I could better answer your question. However, there is one
truth that rises above terms such as religion. Jesus said, "I am the Way, the Truth, the Life...no one comes to the Father but
by me"...." I came that you might have life and have it more
abundantly". There is no hidden agenda. God gives you a
choice..accept Him or reject Him. Pretty simple and straightforward I would say.

Religion is like opinions, everyone has their own version and each one thinks they are the only one who can save us.
If you can learn from the church you are going to then keep going! Not for them, but, for you!
My belief is that the more you know, the better you are equipped to make an informed decision about anything!

Not me. Almost anythings better than being damned by Fundies, Catholics, Baptists, Islamics, etc.

I'll take the Buddhists, Jehovah's Witnesses, Episcopalians, Methodists, Lutherans, etc. any day!

Practically speaking, no religion is better than the other.
But they are not the same.
Some religion directs way to eternal life while some show a way to get to Nibban/ Nirvana.

Nevertheless, there is only one religion that gives free life that is Christianity. However, religion don't save us, but God.

I disagree...you are looking at the glass half empty instead of half full. In Christianity, for example, we say that there are great rewards for those who believe. Yes, if you choose not to obey the Lord, bad things will happen, but He has so much in store and wants the best for each and every person in this world.

You actually have a good point. Even most pagan teachings in their original form threatened some sort of punishment in the afterlife. Even christianity can't promise any kind of immediate reward in this life for following its teachings.
