this morning i had a hot pocket ( cheese and some meat i think) i was just wondering which has more calories, that or a cherry danish (the circular ones with like the yellow cream and cherries in the middle, i was watching exposed and someone was having high tea and they looked delicious)
So, roughly how many calories does a danish have and how many does a hot pocket have?

Thanks!

That depends on who made the danish and how big it is. You just have to read the package since they are required by law to list the nutrition facts. Both are very bad for you. I happen to know off the top of my head that even Lean Pockets have almost 300 calories. Some danish packages that I have read listed as much as 450! A Hot Pocket probably has about the same. Try cereal or Whole grain toast instead. Unless of course you like feeling drowsy by lunch time and having gastro-intestinal disturbances :) Fun Fun!

It's not just about calories. The danish is pure sugar. If you eat too much sugar you'll end up with skin problems, weight trouble, and later diabetes. The hot pocket has no nutritional value whatsoever. It is highly processed. There is hydrogenated oil in it and that will give you heart disease and cancer.

Neither are anywhere near being actual food so it doesn't matter much.
But, I'll say the danish.

Not so much to worry about calories they are both loaded with carbs.
