I would drop the "life worth living" part unless you've been with her for years. If this is new, just stick to something like "you deserve to be spoiled rotten. You are amazing." Light, cute and not too heavy. Don't get too heavy unless you have been with her for a long time. Remember, it also depends on who is saying the words and whether they mean it.
