Repeat after me:

HE is no big deal.

I am no big deal.

IT is no big deal.

When you lower the importance of all these tiny distractions that embarass you....they will be less of a problem....guaranteed.

You are not walking across the stage at the Academy awards every time you imagine yourself in an awkward situation. The focus is not on you as much as you feel. Many things DO go unnoticed.

Try and relax and enjoy yourself. When you are in a new situation that scares you or makes you self-conscious.....tell yourself: "This is fun!" You might not mean it, but thinking things are fun eventually MAKES them fun.

You trip on the stairs or drop your books....tell yourself..."IT is no big deal......gravity happens" Then move to: ".....that was fun......I won't try that again soon."
You get the picture.... Keep everything light.

Save your anguish for the important stuff!

Good Luck!

The best way to conquer your fear is simple: Courage does not mean you have no fear... it just means you act anyway. So the best way to get rid of your fear is to walk right thru it...

If that doesn't work, tai chi, meditation, reading about what you fear so the fear goes away.

As for being embarrassed, that's an easy one... Just picture the person (or persons) you are talking to sitting on the toilet in the morning taking a crap... just like you and everyone else on the planet... that should bring him down to size for you.... or picture him nude... trust me....it works!

sturdy safe practices is nice because you you'd be any length and play that position. in case you are able to hit difficult and characteristic first rate speed that is the proper position. seem at Bob Sanders for the Colts he's 5'8 and replaced into 2007 protective participant of the 12 months>

Practice makes perfect. Face your fears, not just once, but over and over again until you're not afraid anymore. To practice talking to guys, talk to different guys online and that way you'll be used to having an actual conversation with them. It'll get easier as you get older.

I'd have to know your fears before I could say anything about that. And guys think it's cute when we get embarassed.Be yourself.

When you do get embarrassed pretend like it no big deal. You spill something be more surprised than embarrassed so it wont seem like such a big deal.

Honestly, you just need to do it. It is scary, but if you like someone, you should try and drop hints. And if they don't get the hints, drop even bigger ones, like, "We should hang out sometime." Damn...I need to start taking my own advice! I like this guy, I called him, but he hasn't called me back yet. I should just say, "We should hang out sometime!" Hope this helps!
