The only thing I can recall is when I was between 4 and 5 yrs old I would sometimes be taking a nap and then suddenly wake up but my eyes were still closed yet I could see all around myself. It was like I could see myself lying down and my body would be completely paralyzed. Once it happened and my mom walked by and I tried with all my might to call her but my eyes were closed and it looked like I was sleeping to her and my lips nor my body would move. I could see her and the rest of the room as clear as day but I was just stuck and she couldn't hear me.

Anybody got any similar stories?

One time, when I was 22, I was lying in bed at night, and I felt myself pulling out of my body. It was the weirdest thing in the world. I was NOT on drugs or drunk or anything like that. I remember gripping onto the mattress to keep myself together, and it wasn't working.
So I remember saying, "Lord Jesus help me." And all the sudden, it stopped.
I know people will thumb me down and say I'm making this up. But I swear it really happened.

Even though I believe in out of body experiences, you could have been experiencing a night terror.

The same thing has happened to me a few times throughout my child hood. It was just odd...I'd be able to go across my room and see my body laying in my bed. But then, I'd just wake up. I always thought it was a weird dream until I learned about o.b.e from a friend.

One thing I can say about my ex-wife. Sex with her sometime felt like an out of body experience. As an atheist, it was the only time I would pray as well.

All of us have had millions out of body experiences. Every time we reincarnate we obtain a new body. When the body is old and useless we move out of the body and obtain a new one to start all over again.

Out of body experiences come from demonic sources. Please repent and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior.
