Is there a way to lose weight, and maintain your breast size? I know that when girls lose weight the first to go is there chest. Is there a way to keep it? I really dont want to go smaller than a b-cup :(

Unfortunately, the breasts are a great store of fat. When you lose body fat, you lose size there.

However, the band size is going to go down too. Cup size is relative to your band size. For a woman that may be a 36C, losing two inches in the band and and two inches around the girls, you would go down to a 34C.

Don't worry too much about that. If you work out and really tone up, it won't matter how large / small the breasts are - you'll still FEEL hot.

Well, it's inevitable really. You can try to build up the pectoral muscles, but for the amount of muscle you would need to gain to see a noticeable difference, you are going to see some reduction in breast size. I'm the same, I have big hips and want to lose some inches, but I don't want to be less than a b cup lol.

HTH : )

wow how shallow is that? I'm not implying that if i wanted to take off inches or decided to get a reduction surgery to achieve a smaller cup size (as I'm not fond of having large breasts) it wouldn't make me any less shallow... but... if that's what taking off the inches means then I say just accept it and move on. There are worse things than not having a big chest. I would give anything to be a B-cup rather than a D32/E30 (particularly considering my mother has birthed two children and is only a C-cup).

Of the women I've spoken with, none have complained of losing breast tissue when they've lost fat. Fat can be spot-reduced, but it leaves your breasts last. Like if you're starving down for a bodybuilding competition (which you probably aren't). There are plenty of women who are ripped, but still have bountiful, firm, natural (I assume) breasts.

To literally answer your question, the easiest way to lose weight without losing breast size is not to remove your breasts via surgery or anything.

I aksed my gym supervisor the same thing, but unfortunately girls with fit bodies and decent sized breasts either have it in their genes or have implants. I lost about 15kg last year, and unfortunately 2 cup sizes.

Oh well, even though i miss my boodies I feel so much better physically and mentally. Just wear padded bras!
