I am a professional female who is 23. How do I impress one of my male co-workers without being over the top?

The male co-worker is part of management, but he is not my manager directly. We have had a few conversations, but nothing too extensive. He is very nice and seems to like me as well. How do I get him to know I like him without looking like an idiot??

Maybe you shouldn't try to "impress" him. Work on talking to him and being warm and friendly. If you seem like a friendly decent caring person thats whats going to make the best impression

Try asking him out for drinks. Lots of guys would be quite impressed if a woman initiates something. Does this help?
