Then fire them or report them to management.

Yes, everybody has the right to express any religious beliefs they have in the office. However, the reason you're in the office is to work. If the person's attempts at evangelizing are disrupting the workplace, she should be stopped or removed.

I have no problem with people talking about whatever they want in the workplace, but not work? that is a problem. As far as what can be done, that is why an employee has an employer. No work, no job, no pay.

They can be fired for harrassment. Workplaces are where we work. If you don't do the work, you don't need to work there. File a complaint with HR.

If the person is being pushy with what the person is saying then something needs to be done. As along as its not agressive then the person is free to say what whenever the person wants (as long as its not offensive)

Go Colbert on him/her. Pretend to go along with what he/she says and keep raising the ante. If they say they believe Jesus is coming back to earth you say you believe he is coming tomorrow and you are quitting your job and going home to prepare. If they say you can go to heaven say heaven for you would be looking through the glass floor of heaven at all the eternal suffering in hell. No matter how nutty they get do them 100 times the nuttiness.
