i do 45 minutes of cardio everyday and i lift weights 4 times a week i am 19 170 male and i have a 12 percent body fat how much weight should i loose

Impossible to say without knowing your calorie intake.
Of course, that won't stop some people like me from giving specific dumb answers.

So, my guess: if you take in normal calories for your age, sex and activity level, you could lose five pounds over the month.

why are you trying to lose weight it soundls like your body fat level is at a perfect level.

but if you really do want to lose weight you have to encorporate a slight change in diet along with it. You will have to cut back on calorie intake and eat nutritious food. With this in role you should lose up to 10 lbs in a month
