Yes this would be a little toxic because of the chemicals in the photo and the plastic but it would not be nearly enough for you to notice or anything. This would not really harm you in any way.

I don't think it's anymore harmful than using a permanent marker. If your still worried about inhaling too much though, just have a window cracked open in the room or step aside for a minute if you feel dizzy or start getting a headache. I don't think you have much to worry about though.

Well I certainly wouldn't deliberately inhale it! But it shouldn't really harm you if you catch a little of it.
