"No comprendo como nosotros tenemos que trasladar a Espana"
I'm pretty sure this is correct. When saying "have to" in Spanish, it's "tener"(conjugated, in this sentence into the nosotros form, tenemos) + "que", and then the infinitive verb, "transladar"-to transfer.
Don't trust automatic translators, they usually won't conjugate verbs correctly, and your sentences won't make sense.

I'm not sure what you mean by the english sentence.. How we have to transfer, or why we have to transfer? I dunno, I think I'm reading it wrong.
But I do know that, grammatically speaking, after "nosotros", there is no conjugated verb. tener + que + (infinite verb) is "to have to do (something)" if memory serves me correctly.

This is how you say it in Spanish. "No entiendo cómo tenemos que transferir a España".
