nail polish remover but be careful

go to your local beauty supply store (open to the public) there will be a type of remover that they sell it is like an oil and usually requires a few shampoos afterwards but it works. You just apply to the area where the glue is and then rub it in a bit the extension will then slide out. do not rip them out or try cutting them it will only make them worse or cause breakage. The oil is fairly inexpensive and is usually in a large bottle so that way if you have any left over glue once the hair is out you can remove it!!

This really is not any problem at all.
Bring your hair extensions (and, if necesary, your head) around to my house.
I have some sheep shears which will solve the difficultry in less that 15 seconds (provided you don't wriggle too much).

They didn't tell you the price when you had them installed? I think you'll have to pay if you don't want to be bald.
