I am cutting out processed food, cow-dairy, salt, sugar, wheat, preservatives, etc.

Im loading up on fish, fresh fruits and veggies, raw unsalted nuts and grains, water, fiber, garlic, cayanne, lemon, etc.

I have been taking birth control pills and multivitimins daily for nearly 10 years. Im not having sex right now, so should I discontinue my use?

What about smoking pot? Does this effect my bodys ability to cleanse itself?

I am taking a full body cleanse kit (fiber, lax, and milk thistle).

Everything in your lifestyle will not affect the cleanse/detox diet. The pot might make you want to eat processed foods though. haha. good luck!

If your not having sex I'd cut the birth controls. Increased levels of progesterone and estrogen(Hormones in birth control) increase your risk for breast cancer and can cause infertility if regular "breaks" aren't taken.

Yes, pot is a toxin. In fact it is one of the worst ones, because the chemicals can stay in your blood for more than a month, and it's worse for your lungs than tobacco.

Keep taking your vitamins. As for birth control, if you're really not sexually active, you might as well give your body a rest from them, but if you might be "spontaneous" then don't take any chances!
