for my second job (P45 from my previous employer), will i get all my tax on BR back before the end of the tax yr if i should send the P45 to my second employer. How will this affect me? Or should i just relax hoping that i will get them back with or without sending p45. Pls, can anyone advice me on this.

If you are earning more than about £7,200 in your main job then you are probably already liable to pay tax at the basic rate.

So the BR code in your second job would be correct. Is there a reason why you think you might be entitled to a refund?

In fact, if your main job was sufficiently well paid to put you into the higher rate bracket then you would be liable for additional tax on your second job.
