The best vitamins for you to take are prenatal vitamins which you can get from GNC.These vitamins have less additives and more vitamin. There is also another vitamin from phytophenere. Its called phyto. These are specifically for hair, nail ,skin and eyelashes. A very important factor to hair growth is a healthy scalp. So make sure you treat and condition your scalp aswell as your hair.Biotin plays a big part in hair growth so you can also purchase that too.If you follow this guide your on the way to great hair.Oh yeah make sure you massage the scalp to stimulate blood flow. And if you really want the growth get some flaxseed oil from a vitamin world or any health food store. This contains fish oil,all of your omega oils and other essentual nutrients. Good luck and god bless

Just buy a cheap bottle of hair and nails vitamins. I did and doubled up on them after I chopped my hair off to my neck. It didn't take long. Nine months later my hair was all back and was even healthier and shinier. Good luck!

Prenatal! They make your hair grow super fast and it comes in healthy and lusterous. This is a proven fact. Even my hairstylist said she takes them since she got a bad hair cut and wanted her hair to grow out. My hair grows x3 times fater when I take them. It takes a month or two for the effects to kick in. But check with your doctor first because I heard that they are not recommended for woman not pregnant because they are apparently hard on your liver if taken for a long period of time.
Also, water, water, water. This is the boringest answer..but it's true.
