I am a 13 yr old child, avg weight and height, and i was wondering if anyone knew the best exercises (not push ups) to increase my biceps and triceps, aswell as leg muscles. Im in a volleyball team and coach said i need a betta serve, so i gotta find a way, does anyone noe?

At your age weight training can run a pretty high risk, I'd reccommend intentional higher levels of activity, Shooting hoops seems to use the same muscles as serving without the tedium.
Also it seems that if you do anything that requires hand eye coordination it would help with a serve, try dancing, or even video games that are reflex based (as opposed to strategy games)
