I am pro-life without exception, and I am 100% against the war in Iraq. Killing innocent people is wrong, in the womb or out. I am also very concerned about animal welfare, and at one time was a complete vegan except for free range eggs. Now, I try to eat a vegetarian diet, but admit I should be more consistent than I am.
Christianity prohibits killing innocent people, but does not prohibit eating meat. However, there is Biblical evidence that animals were not eaten before the flood and will not be eaten when Jesus returns. Additionally, the Bible instructs us to treat animals well, which obviously does not happen on factory farms. For more on what the Scripture says about animals, see:

Christians as well as anyone with a heart knows abortion is wrong because it is murder. There is no situation where murder is acceptable. I think if a woman gets an abortion for any reason she is just being selfish, satisfying her needs..what she wants. If she doesn't want the baby, give the baby up for adoption.
And as for people eating meat....animals were created for man to eat and to use their skins for clothing. Animals are raised for us to eat.

God gave humans the right to eat animal flesh in Genesis 9, right after the flood. That is why many Christians choose to eat meat: God gave the ok for that act.
However, God NEVER gave the "ok" to slaughter the innocent, especially if they were inconvienent. Unborn children are not being killed for food (cannibalism also never ok'd in OT or NT), but for the CONVIENENCE OF THEIR PARENTS.
God differentiates between human life and animal life, and so should we. Your two topics are not related, and cannot be debated together. One is a question of culinary morals (killing animals for food) and the other is a question of execution (killing human beings).

I am a Christian. I am against abortion (but do not shame the women who have made such a choice). I do not support the war over oil that is killing so many of our young soldiers and making Bush wealthy. And as for eating meat...for the longest time I battled with myself about eating meat because I hated the thought of the animals that had to die, but I guess that battle was lost to my self-indulgence... I'm not perfect! But thanks for bringing it up, it would be a healthy choice and a kinder one.

are you comparing eating babies to eating animals? Not the same...DUH! I doubt anyone is related to a cow, and would be very upset that we ate them...
