Lifting for 2 hours, eh? Is that _ever_? Is that every day? Is that every other day? The first possibility won't get you much more than serious soreness, the second will eventually get you permanent physical damage (you may feel like an iron bull today, but as you age, you'll learn that it's possible to get too much of a good thing). Lifting two hours every other day, provided it's productive (and not, like an hour and 50 minutes of chatting with your buddies) should do wonders for putting on mass. 144 at 6'1"? That sounds pretty thin. Eat. Lots. Go to a buffet and load up your plate with chicken, beef, pork, something with protein. Eat more than you need, because that's what it'll take to gain mass. Watch your saturated fats and carbs, though; carbs are good for energy, but it's possible to get too much.

Supplements? Dude, you're 16. You will never have more natural testosterone than you do right this second. Work out hard, eat clean, you will get larger and stronger. Save your money.

If you want to build mass you want to take the supplement and use heavy weight and short rep sets. If you want to build strength and tone use lighter weight with more reps in each set. Don't take the protein supplement for toning. It depends on if you want to be big, or lean. If you have a well balanced diet you will get most of the nutrition that you will need. If you want, take a daily multi vitamin. Your 16 so I assume you are in high school. I would ask you health/phys-ed teachers or a nutritionist. I would suggest strongly staying away from protein supplements without first consulting with your doctor. Also, watch your mineral intake. The body needs them, but not in large amounts. Regular intake of them could be VERY dangerous.
