its the way two people get along, either well or not. like mixing chemicals, if one chemical reacts with an explosion to onother, they have bad chemistry.

I've never heard "chemistry of love" but I've heard "There's no chemistry", which is a nice way of saying they don't like you like that, or they just don't click with you, or there are no elements of intrigue/excitement.

Not sure, but probably they are referring to the pheromones which are known to cause physical changes in our bodies involuntarily. It could also be conceptual and refer to how people match up to one another.
