It depends on the girl. for some it means " come over and we will end up making out" and for some it means "lets hang out, watch a movie, talk, ect.."

How old are You? Have You ever heard of the concept of the 'platonic relationship'? It is just like being friends with someone, only She happens to be a female. Try it. You could learn a lot about, not just this "woman in Her 20's", but about 'Females' in general, and more importantly, about Yourself too.
