I think anything is unhealthy if you don't eat a balanced diet.

Things like....

a liquid diet
packaged foods
eating only 1 or 2 foods for long periods of time
anything under 1100 calories a day is not good for a woman

Pregnancy - true - I lost 20 klg (about 40 pounds). BECAUSE I was vomiting every day - it was also disaster on my teeth.
