So, most of us now know that there are "good" (unsaturated) and "bad" (saturated) fats. If one were to take a good fat (i.e. olive oil) and consume a lot of it (not necessarily a gallon a day, but quite a lot), and ate an otherwise healthy diet, would it be possible to have a very healthy circulatory system while still being morbidly obese?
