Try eating foods that fill you up better, so that you don't feel hungry enough to eat as much as you usually do.

Believe it or not, vegetables, fruits, and lean meats will fill you up FAST. I go to Chili's and get the Salad & Soup deal. I get a house salad with ranch dressing and the baked potato soup. By the time I finish the salad, I feel just hungry enough to eat the soup. After those two, I'm nice and full. Not overly stuffed, but you know, comfy.

Just try eating better, fruits, veggies, and meats, and then, you will lose weight faster if you continue to exercise.

You can't treat exercising like Dieting (which doesn't work anyway, because, you said it, the weight comes back when you go off the Diet...who want's to eat grapefruit the rest of their (very short now that you've decided only to eat grapefruit) lives). It is a life long lifestyle choice. Just the way eating healthy is. Sticking to a healthy, well-balanced (small d) diet, and a steady diet of exercise is the way. You don't have to kill yourself, just make sure you get some exercise every day. Walking from the home to the bus stop to the train and then to work and then all over again at the end of the day is a good start!!

The point of exercising is to make the food you take in turn to muscle tissue instead of fat tissue. If you exercise your muscles, they grow larger and stronger, and that uses up the available fuel doing what is good for you, not what is just unwanted cargo. So be active, really active, and then your hearty appetite will be used to build yourself a strong, healthy body able to be active and enjoy it.
