the same as inside, learn the word, be respectful,offer others peace,spread the gospel,do good and treat others the way you'd have them treat you. study your bible daily, basically be christian,just don't leave it at the doors of the church. do as much as you can and rejoice in christ.

Live the life of the Gospel. Evangelize by living the best Catholic life you can.
Learn about the lives of the saints.
Apply what you learned about them in your life.
Between going to Mass every Sunday, visit the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament either through Eucharistic Adoration or visiting Him at the Tabernacle.
Keep the Sacraments close to you. Confession and the Eucharist.
Pray the Rosary.

They do the works of the Christians as taught in the Holy Bible.
Gathering in communities is important, and doing the Will of the One True God must always be of first priority.

Simple. Just go to mass again. If there are mortal sins that you have to confess then you have to go to confession. Don't worry about conventions on how to make a confession. Just tell the priest that you don't know how to make one. He will/should help you.
