As a Christian I would say the number is probably 30% or more, easily. I think for sexual immorality the number is something like 1 in 5 Christians, add to that smoking, drinking, and other life controlling things...it has to be at least 30%. This is a sad testimony to how shallow we Christians can be. We say that the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead now lives in us, but He cant help us to get past some of the dumbest or ugliest things...ridiculous. The truth of the matter is that if we learned to walk in the light as He is in the light, most of these things would no longer be the issue they are now. And as for the last part, most of the people caught red-handed would still lie, I see it all the time...there was a time I would have done the same thing.
