HELP Mental illness?

My b/f mother has some type of mental disorder but I' not sure what it is? She hears voices in her head from people who she calls whores and pimps, and who say they want to rape and kill her, and other insluts. She performs her daily activties normally. She even goes to school, but when she is at home she yells and curses at the people who she says curses at her. When she is in public she doesnt do this only when she is by herself. She also believes that my b/f is not her son, and that she says that she has two twin boys who were taken away from her, and that she was kiddnapped from France and brought to a different country. She also thinks that Sadam Hussain is her father. Does anyone know what type of disorder she has? She is taking medication, but I guess it only does so much for her.

She is suffering from schizophrenia. She has paranoid delusions and hears voices. What she says to you she really thinks is true, telling her otherwise will do little good. The most important thing your boyfriend can do is make her feel safe and talk to her doctor about changing her medications. There are many different medications for schizophrenia, and many combinations and dosages. It could take months, even years to find just the right mix and dosage, but keep trying.

gosh i have no idea!!
she needs to be evaluated asap.
possibly even being hospitalized
I hope she's not schizophrenic
but they have meds for that

p.s. yes she may also have turrets syndrome
