I'm tired of eating everything with salad. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Carbs are not evil. Refined carbs are bad, whole grains are good. So look for brown or wild rice, anything made from 100% whole wheat (bread, pasta, couscous, whatever). Kashi makes a great mix of 7 whole grains that you can cook and serve like rice. Just stay away from the refined grains. Whole grains are your friend.

I eat a 1/2 of plate of veggies a very small potato and a serving of meat.

I eat steamed broccoli with cheese sauce with my chicken. I know the blahs of the no carb. Best of luck!

fish and fish and fish again. re. many people are on low carb diet. do not worry about it...just follow the trend. there are excellent low carb diet cook books out there..and some web sites...be imaginative...and it does not have to be
always salad...many options...try them all and stick to the ones you like best. hope it helps. remember i am level 5.

brown rice, or whole wheat pasta. I know it is carbs, but it is high fiber, which is ok. In fact I am on a carb/protein diet, but the carbs have to be high in fiber. No white carbs.
