No offense meant OK.
Depending on your desire for Realistic, and or the aesthetics you wish to create, there are many companies that sell faux brick, (usually a fiberglass composition) and/or use the WWW/browser/keywords and you'll likely find vacuum formed poly sheets, even painted, perhaps in 4 x 8, that simulate a brick look.

There is a kind of brick that they sell that's made out of the same stuff as regular bricks, but they're only an inch thick. Same color, size, shape, everything.
A building supply place should have them...

Ever thought of painting faux brick?
