No offense meant OK.

Depending on your desire for Realistic, and or the aesthetics you wish to create, there are many companies that sell faux brick, (usually a fiberglass composition) and/or use the WWW/browser/keywords and you'll likely find vacuum formed poly sheets, even painted, perhaps in 4 x 8, that simulate a brick look.

There is a kind of brick that they sell that's made out of the same stuff as regular bricks, but they're only an inch thick. Same color, size, shape, everything.

A building supply place should have them...

Ever thought of painting faux brick?
Here are some how to's and the last two are some examples. The last one shows some pretty nice work a lady did on her entire garden area. Very nice.
