A friend of mine has problems with boils. She said her doctor said that it can be from low iron, so maybe you should try taking some iron supplements. Also, she said that her doctor said you should clean your bathtub with Lysol before and after taking a bath as you can reinfect yourself by exposing your skin to the bacteria that cause boils.

I have a friend who had 5 boys four of whom tended to get boils. She would treat them with "no sugar" diets and 4-5 times a day doses of chlorophyll. The boils invariably cleared up within a few days. The chlorophyll she used was called Chlorofresh. It is sold as an "internal deodorant" at some health food stores. It comes in plain and mint. My family prefers the mint. It is horribly dark green to take and looks like it will stain you tongue but it tastes much better than it looks.

My oldest son had 3 kinds of acne going all the time as a teen, even the cystic acne. Chlorophyll helped but a round of Accutane was the only thing that really helped.

Good Luck
