and the other night i told her how i felt, i told her that i really did like her, and i havent felt this way about anyone in a long time. Everything was ok them, then last night, she told me that she wasnt over her ex yet. I feel like mabey i came on to strong, or just mabey she doesnt like me that way...idk...plz help

She probably does like you but needs time to get over her ex still. Give her the time and continue to be friends and hangout. She'll appreciate it soo much more that you gave her the space.

At the moment, what you feel is lust and infatuation. You don't really know her well after just one week of talking. Let the friendship build and then go from there. Perhaps you scared her off a bit by confessing your feelings so soon. Try to get the relationship back on a friendship basis without the romantic feelings in the air.

Give her some space and see if she comes around. Let her make the next move and if she doesn't then you know she isn't interested. Ex's can really wreak havoc on new relationships, maybe find someone who isn't hooked on the ex.

she may be letting you down easy, just because you have things in common, doesn't mean that you should hook up. Try just listening to what she has to say, appoligize for coming on strong but tell her that you would like to remain friends if that is ok, & hope for the best.

Maybe she just iisn't over her ex. Don't be so hard on yourself. That does happen to girls. You really liike someone but can't get your head out of someone elso. Maybe she felt something to and it made her start thinking about what her and her ex had.Just hang in there and be a good friend.Maybe she will come around.
