How does one endanger a region of madmen? How does one endanger a region that has a preponderance for strapping explosive around ones waist and blowing up schools and hospitals full of people who disagree with them?

yes i think this is A very apt analogy...in the wild west there wasn't a strong governmental presence so each cowboy had to care for his own personal defense, obviously many took minor personal differences as shooting matters. in Modern day Iraq you have the duly authorized Iraqi and American forces and the wild west cowboys of the various sectarian militias

american troops u refer to as wild west cowboys are our young children and no they did not endanger the region bush and suddam did cuz bush and cheney are the billionares here never refer to our troops in that way
